Love Charms are small sculptures that may be worn as jewelry, or placed on an altar. They come through me with magical powers. Many of them tell the story of a Mermaid and her Lover the Mer King. Enter the gallery to read more.
Love Charms are hand formed and carved one at a time from porcelain clay, and fired to a temperature in excess of 2300 degrees. Some of them are fired a second or third time as they are decorated with clear glaze and colored glass which gives a sensuous, jewel-like surface.
Love Charms must be touched to be fully appreciated.
